Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
All sales are final. Our items are made to order there are no refunds available. If there’s any kind of error, mistake or defect in your order please contact us with pictures and detailed descriptions (sereia@sereiaguardia.com.br) or check the Defective eligibility below.
Please check the size charts provided carefully before placing your order – they are different size charts for tails, fitness and swimsuits – always check the right size chart of the item you purchased. If you have any questions please contact us prior to placing your order.
Product Color and variations: Each product may vary slightly, specially our handmade mermaid tails. Photos, images, size charts, descriptionswe provide on our website have been used to best describe the products we sell. Variations may occur that is not product flaws but normal differences that occur in the manufacturing process.
Most of our products have photos of the actual physical product – they are for illustrative purposes and we try to match the most exact colors. Differences in electronicdevice settings and material changes which occur during the manufacturing process. Slightly changes are not considered as defective.
Change orders: You can only change orders BEFORE its shipped. You can add more items do be shipped together as long as it’s before the manufacturing time – you’ll need to place a new order in the website – when in doubt please contact sereia@sereiaguardia.com.br
Orders sizing change for tails with manufacturing time – up to 24h after the order was made.
Excluding items from your order will be subject to a restocking fee of 15% item price.
Deffective items: Our products go through several quality control checks and so far, we don’t have cases of defective items but you should always check your package upon delivery. We do not offer any type of warranty. Clams of defect must be made within 3 days of receipt of your item(s). Contact customer service at sereia@sereiaguardia.com.br and please include pictures and we will solve it the best way as possible. Damage from use does not qualify as defect – care instructions must be followed and textile materials can be damaged even on first use if rubbed against rough or abrasive surfaces – this type of damage does not qualify as defective.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there may be customs inspections and costs that affect in delivery times - it's customer responsibility to check the customs policies in your country before placing order.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Please note that mermaid tails and some other products may have manufacturing time expected 20 business days.
