Q: How do I know what size to order?
Please check our size charts above, note that our tails have a % of spandex, they are very strechy (but NOT SEE THROUGH and high quality material with a clorine resistant tecnology applied).
Q: What's the tail fabric like?
It's a mix between scubanit and spandex. It's a thick fabric not see through that we designed specifically for our tails with an engineer to be perfect for swimming and durable.
Q: Which monofins fit Sereia Guardiã tails?
We sell one model of monofin because we don't have major brands in Brazil. You can use several monofins: Linden, Finis foil and wave.
Silicone fins with vinyl: Fish fin and new Luna.
Silicone fins to wear without vinyl: FF3 in our classic fluke shape.

Q: Do Sereia Guardiã tails come with monofin?
No. You have to buy separetly the monofin of your choice.
Q: Can I swim in my Guardian tail?
Yes, they are made for swimming! You just need to insert a monofin.
Q: Where do you ship from?
We ship from Brazil. Our tail orders have 20 business day production time and most other items are ready to ship.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
Yes, worldwide. Shipping usually takes 5-12 days.
Q: Who is your shipping provider?
FedEx. We have a very good shipping rates all over the world.
Q: How much is shipping to Florida?
Around 25-35 USD.
Q: Will I pay import fees?
The U.S. has a quote of 800usd no import fees. For other countries please check your customs.
Q: How long after I puchase will I receive my order?
For tails: 20 business days for production + shipping. However, when we are able to, we ship earlier.
Other items: 1-2 days processing time + shipping time.
Q: Do you sell wholesale?

Q: How do I make a purchase?
All our sales are made through our website. Orders are processed and shipped based on the processing times listed on each product page. For orders containing multiple items with different processing times, shipping will occur once all items are completed and ready to ship together. To estimate your delivery date, please refer to the item with the longest processing time in your order.
Q: Why my bank denied my order?
When placing an order on our website, ensure that the address provided matches the one on your credit card billing statement. Incorrect billing details, such as address or zip code mismatches (AVS), can result in declined transactions, even with sufficient funds. You can change the billing address after entering your shipping address by unchecking the 'same address' box.
Large purchases or exceeding daily limits may also trigger declines, requiring you to contact your bank for approval. Multiple declined attempts may lead to your card being flagged for fraud protection.
